My training is team building-like approach. Many like this approach, as it always emphasize teamwork among participants. It's a combination of teaching knowledge old and new with the interlude of games, music and energizers. It is a fun learning. At the end of the day participants enjoy learning. To me it is very natural to do it this way. I emphasize the important of the participants to receive and understand the knowledge rather than I am completing my job. 


The other approaches is lecture-type training, a one-way approach. This could be suitable to a university class environment.
